Just in case you haven’t gotten out there yet for the first (or second or third) walk or run this year, and if you’d like to hear some tunes that are all themed around the new year, feel free to listen to my chosen songs via a Spotify songlist at open.spotify.com/playlist/5...

It’s about 80 minutes worth of songs, including bands such as ABBA, Tori Amos, Otis Reading, I2, P!nk, and the Beatles.

I also recorded one of my Jeffing walk-runs, so feel free to take my waffling and this selection of music along to your next walk. open.spotify.com/episode/2f...
