Well it was a little fresher this morning so quite a change for my morning walk .I still go out in my running gear though so thin shorts and thin running vest and an old pair of running shoes that are now retired from running outside but I still use them on the treadmill and for walking !
Was feeling good this morning as the scales revealed I have now lost almost 1.5 stone since coming out of hospital.
(Intentionally I may add !) π
Still a little more to go to put me where I want to be .
Anyway, so extended the morning walk ever so slightly just incase I didn't get out again later .
Pink salmon salad for lunch, no bread which is tough for me as I used to make my own yeasted and sourdough, but I'm almost cut the carbs out now , oh and a homemade simple dressing,
I used to looove salad cream but not on my menu anymore π
After lunch I thought I'd go and do a bit of gardening as it wasn't too hot and sunny .
After which I still felt restless so had a quick look at the weather app and decided on another walk !
So I think that's it for the day wit 13,599 steps so far !
And tomorrow will be first run of week 5 followed by another walk later π
The picture was taken from a house I pass at about 15 minutes from home (it's certainly not mine! π€£), I have been watching it fill with flowers over the last few weeks !
