MAF Work is paying dividends πŸ™‚

Managed a short lunchtime walk after a morning lesson and lunch out .

Helps to keep the glucose levels steady,

Especially after eating a food with a high Glycemic index.

(Insulin responce absolutely normal)

And after many weeks of MAF training (Walking and running)

I am now noticing that my workouts do not increase my HR to the he extent they used to do, infact my average on the walk was not much above a normal resting HR,

In fact, it stayed in Zone 1

And Vo2 max sitting nicely at 40 giving me a fitness age of 44.

I'll take that 😁
