Help with setting up Active 10 app

I've been using the app happily for a couple of years, but then it started to malfunction - some days apparently not recording my walks, or erratically recording/not recording. So I uninstalled it and downloaded it again from Play Store. Unfortunately, I seem to have forgotten how to set it up, and now it doesn't record any steps at all. Help! Could someone kindly guide me through the actions I have to take to persuade the app to do its job? Thanks in advanceKatie

Go to Playstore, download the app and follow the instructions, good luck.

I just had a look at my version and it doesn’t seem to have much that you can actually set up. You dont have to connect it or sync it or anything like that. But in the settings there is a technical support email address so you could perhaps email them for help. Click on Settings then FAQ and scroll to the bottom. Good luck! Sue :)

hope you find a solution. I don’t have an android and the app simply worked when installed.

The FAQ within the app states:

“If you need technical support or have further questions about how Active 10 works, please email digitalproducts@dhsc.gov.uk”
