2nd 40 minute rehab walk

This one was on the treadmill.I had been watching the weather and after a light lunch (and 1 hour) I decided to do this one inside .

I'm so glad I bought this treadmill now !

I'm sticking to advice from the rehab team so the walk starts with 10 minutes warm up at a light exertion ( Using the Borg scale for perceived effort)

Then 20 minutes at a Borg scale of 12 to 13.

Then a warm down back to a light effort for another 10 minutes.

I'm finding these quite comfortable but fully intend to do exactly what I'm told πŸ™‚

Oh, and for those who didn't realise, yes Mr Garmin is quite useless at times .

I know my walk wasn't fast BUT.

It was more than 0.2k and 3 minutes 58 seconds 🀣

Excellent, that's fantastic news Ian ☺️ I was going to say 'small steps' but if you were able to fit 4000 steps into .20k you must be taking the smallest steps ever already πŸ˜‰πŸ€£ glad all is going well. Take care πŸ€—

Thank you !And yes, I thought the same !

I'm sure my cadence is not that high 🀣

You’ve got to love a very confused tracking device when you get on a treadmill!!! Great walk though.

The Borg scale always gives me visions of Star Trek…

Thank you x

It felt quite comfortable tbh, which was good !

I think I hadn't managed to disable GPS tracking and I also had my NPE Runn sensor transmitting at the same time .

The sensor alone is usually quite accurate.

Used to love the original star trek 😁
