I have got the new app of Active 10 I don't mind it but I was disheartened that most of my achievements from the old one have been removed, now have to start all again which is annoying.

Welcome to the forum FirebirdRises the latest android version was updated on 29th July, I updated mine yesterday and I still have all the past information. It seems there is a issue with some users according to reviews. I would suggest that you contact the developer Public Health England directly with your issue at oneyou@phe.gov.uk
You do on the other hhand have the opportunity of scoring new achievements in duplication of the old. I cannot ell whether any data has been lost because locally the internet was being dug up, at the time of the upgrade, but I think it has all been preserved from the beginning.
