Hi have just completed my June 300000 steps challenge with Garmin with 5 days to spare. All mine was walking and a lot of early morning 5 km walks and longer 10/11 km walks at weekend and also with walking at workplace. A lot of steps. It gives you an incentive to get up in the morning to try and get some of the steps to complete my target. My partner getting used to alarm going off at 5.45 in morning but doesn’t join in , too early for him he says. ☺️

Well done, wear that badge with pride, as an early morning runner it's nice to have someone virtually with me. Maybe your partner will join you for your weekend walks.

My partner runs 5 km at weekends or 10 km which I was doing till thought to myself walking safest for me. We did a lot of walking together in lockdown. His runs are finished before me so he’s started breakfast 😊
