Hi, I just loaded the app. It sounds good.
I have been on here a while but tend not to do much in the physical side as far as keeping track. Just rely on my work and the odd walk using counter or 'map my walk ' app. However, recently our routine has had to change, so not getting out walking as much, So thought I would give this a try. I used it for first time this morning.
I tried round the house, but not really big enough to get a pace up SO
Went out, just round the block and that worked for my first one THEN
Tried the posted Lesley Sanson video which I found good and worked really well.
I think I will go for three 10 mins over the day. 🤘🌈
