I just read a headline on the news stating the second biggest pandemic after Covid 19 was obesity. I guess people are eating more and exercising less. It also stated that due to unemployment, many were unable to buy proper items due to cost and were eating lots of carbs!
I did just that... I started with my husband buying me some trainers and then I did just 10 mins a day. I have got up to 30 but last week couldn't face it so I am going to go back to 10 mins. Only lost 1lb this week and had a wobble last night but you've now motived me to get back on it... Let's just do 10 mins every day
