Hi All

I have just started active 10 minutes walk since last 2 days. My goal is to come out of low mood

Welcome. Well done getting started. Exercise is great for mental health, and as you can do more hopefully that low mood will become a thing of the past. Enjoy your journey.

I've had both knees replaced and am finally walking the active 10's . You feel so much better afterwards. Good luck it will definitely help.

Mood is so much better after (and during) a walk. I get up at seven to take the dog. I resent having to do it! But as soon as we start the walk itself I start enjoying myself. I start smiling
