Hi all, I hope to go out for a walk or two this weekend I'll let you know how I get on as I'm not fit at all . Trying to eat more heathily too so hopefully before long I'll be able to do more. You never know, with a bit of effort, good fortune and a following wind, I'll be a new person before long. Have fun everyone.

Sounds like a plan to me. It all starts with that first step out the door. Have a great walk, looking forward to hearing all about it 😀. Rfc x

I went for a lovely walk in the sunshine. Only half a mile but I guess it's a start. I'm elated that I've started. I'll go a bit further next time. Mr pansy 123 enjoyed the walk as well. Hope your weekend is going well. 😀

Hi everyone

Last weekend I got a personal best over 20000 steps in a day. We were in Newcastle for the weekend.

My total steps for the week were 66000.
