15min was enough today!

Oh but it was so cold outdoors today! I put my thick coat on and started to walk, but didn't get very far! My nose was so cold I thought it was going to fall off! So I just did 1000 steps - such a few, I know, but better than none! I'll try to do more tomorrow!

That’s enough it was such a cold wind. There is always another day. Me and OH did a mile yesterday my legs were ice afterwards but felt better for it.

What dedication! Well done, don't know how you managed that!

Getting out for any length of walk when it's cold is something to be celebrated. It keeps the great routine you have going. Well done Kay.

Well done for getting out there, any amount is good, it is better to look after yourself.

Thanks Rfc. I'm just back from my usual walk - so 3000 today!
