I need to get my wiggle on next month ( which means I need to up my race walking training). I have been letting it slide a bit because I have a HM on 19th May and I was going to be running with a little race walking. As it transpires the way my feet are misbehaving and I am going to have to Race Walk more than I wanted so I have add in a couple of good Race Walk/run training sessions.
So who is with me adding in a couple of walks every week for May. I could do with some virtual partners to keep me going 😀.
