Reckon 2000 + steps a day keeps that medic at bay, also those stair wells are fair exercise. 92 years have been lived thru; these are numbers I'm pleased to have lived or accomplished. One of the fortunate I reckon

Wow Johnjvt, that's really impressive! Well done!
A lady of similar age to you swears by 'use it or lose it' and takes two gentle strolls a day to keep moving and in touch with the neighbourhood. We all know and admire her and are there if she should need help. Wonderful you can still use those stairs and not imprisoned downstairs worrying about what is going on upstairs! You have a few years on me but I have seen enough now to take action for active senior years. You may be blessed with some good genes but clearly you are like my neighbour and 'using it'.
Really well done on keeping so active. I would be pleased as punch to be as fit as you when I'm nearing your age.
