Reward badges

Hi peeps, what I don't understand is why I am not achieving any of the Walking Warrior badges. I have been using the active 10 app for18 days now and have achieved my goal every day - but apparently haven't even unlocked the bronze badge, which is for achieving your goal every day for a week. The graphs are correct, btw. Is this a glitch with the app?

I know there has been a few glitches with the app. I am sorry it is not giving you your badges. We can give you a virtual badge that is a little grey badge next to your name on the forum. If you would like that let us know which one you have earned and we will allocate it to you. I know some people have reported that the app catches up and does the right thing eventually so hopefully that might be the case.
