Welcome. Sounds like you're off to a great start with yoga. I enjoy yoga, but really don't do it as often as I should. Thanks for the reminder :)

Dogs are great walking companions. They force you out the door, even if you don't want to.

Hi jenet me too....im excited to get started too. I am going to do the 10 brisk walk every day. Lesley

Great to have a goal Izzie66 - I can't do more than 7 minutes just now but it's so easy to incorporate such a small amount of time into your day - and it really does make a difference! Good luck!

That's great. Once you settle into a regular routine, it really becomes a habit. And you miss it on days that you don't do it.

Hello and good luck to you.

This is a great place, pop on for advice or a chat anytime you like 😀

Welcome. I am doing chair yoga in a class once a week, yoga streches in bed, when I wake in the am, I am trying to walk or swim at least 30 minutes a day. My I goal is to loose some pounds and to be able to complete the 3 mile walking path at a local park. I think I am 2 month's into my journey from having been a couch potato for 5+ years. Everyone here has been very encouraging, and I 'm still at it.

Sorry, I really do not know much about toning exercises. My preferred exercise is just walking or swimming.
