Went to out for my walk and only did 3.62 miles steps 11,112. I need to pick it back up but my allergies are now kicking in, Spring is coming.

Hi Schele - 3.62 miles is great! I don't know how your allergies affect your breathing, but maybe, in the worst of the allergy season, it could be beneficial for you to do multiple short, sharp walks? Just a thought. For me 1 mile is a lot, so you are doing well at 3.62! And proof that spring is coming is music to my ears!

Oh man. The spring allergies are going to start soon here as well. I always find them worse in the morning.
