I have used theactive10 app since earlier in Feb 2018. I have bronze reward and can now request silver walking warrior. This has not shown in the app so far. Can you advise? Thanks charlesthree

Hi Charlesthree - I'm afraid I can't help with the app - you need to go to the pinned post "Help and support with the Active 10 app" and report your problem. But I CAN award you the silver warrior badge here, on the forum! It is done - it will appear in a banner next to your name every time you make a post. Very well done on your great achievement and good luck on reaching your next goal!

Thanks for your response last week. It seems that a beta Active 10 app is in hand. When finalised this will hopefully care of the problems with the current app regarding awards. I am now able to claim walking warrior gold and will soon claim platinum. I have achieved 22 consecutive days of 40 minutes (or over in some cases) since my earlier efforts, and enjoy the walking greatly.
