Oh George 8244, I'm so sorry! Can you please go to the pinned posts and link to "help and support with the Active 10 app" and maybe the tech guys can sort out the problem. Personally, I don't use the app - technophobe is my middle name, I'm afraid! But we chat about our walks here on the forum and give and receive support and encouragement from each other. You can also claim your reward badges here, so if the app doesn't work out for you all is not lost! We'd love to welcome you as a regular contributor to our forum, whether you use the app or not!
