No extra walking this week, but I still get my 2k per day dog walking in.
It's been hard this week with the heat, finding the best time for the dogs to get out when the majority of their route is in the shade and fitting that in around my work meetings.
I've been holding off posting this until I saw my hedgehog friend that I often cross during my dog walks around the same place. I know it may be different hedgehogs, but I like to think it's always the same one!

We have (had?) a hedgehog in the garden a year or so back, but even though we have a "beach" at the pond for it, we haven't seen it for a long time.
Aw that’s different to see on a walk. You’ll get plenty of exercise and steps being a dog walker. All I saw this morning was dog walker vans coming passed me. Big Alsatian in one of them gave me a fright barking just going passed, had the window open, possibly being friendly saying hello🦮

What a collection of critters! Nice. I also love hedgehogs, despite their name and prickliness! Isn’t it strange that they seem to be overall found as cute!? 🤔🤨
Even the German name is also not that cute: “Igel” pronounced like “eagle” with a long “eeeeeeewwh” 🤔🤣🤣
