Oh dear - one step forward, two steps back - AGAIN! Back feels really good today so off I went to do my 1st five minute brisk walk round the green. I do a warm up lap first, but it looks like my back feels good because the pain's referred down to the top of my legs, because I barely made it to the end of the warm up! So, no more walking for me today, but I'll stay positive and BELIEVE that tomorrow will be better! Actually, come to think about it, 2 nights ago I managed to fall out of bed, trying to get comfortable (I know, I was lying on the floor laughing at myself, so I don't mind you having a little lol!), so maybe some stiffness is to be expected!?!

It really seems to swing back and forth for you Kay. Frustrating. But you're so good at taking advantage of the good days to get out there. And hey - one warm-up lap is better than no lap at all. Fingers crossed that tomorrow is good for you.
Doesn't it just, runswithdogs? I really thought that losing weight would make walking so much easier! I've lost 30 lbs to date - although I do have another 40 to go! I've been staying up most of the nights watching the winter Olympics - Canada did so well in the skating and the curling too, you must be really proud! I'm blaming the late nights/early mornings for rolling out of bed!!!!
Sometimes we just have to let our bodies dictate the pace, it will thank you in long run for the rest today. Take care.
Thanks Rfc - I try to remember when I get frustrated that I was told I'd be in a wheelchair by now! I can walk (further than I ever thought possible, even last year!) - that makes me happy!
