My cardiologist told me to walk 45 continual minutes each day. Don't always do that. About once every couple of weeks, weather permitting, I walk 4-4.5 miles to church on Sunday and change my clothes in a very nice public restroom they have when I get there. I for sure walk minimum 2.5 hours when I do that.

Have you got a FitBit? I bought the heart rate model when my earlier battery operated one packed in. It details the different types of activity and I must confess my activity isn’t continual but the FitBit keeps a record of it all.

Well done on the walk to church ... that’s quite some distance! 🙂

That's a super walk to the church. Well done. Do you walk the other days but not for the continuous time?
