Well here I go for a new start. I really want to keep motivated in my drive to eat better and exercise more. Have the active app on my phone to check my steps. No more excuses.

Well done Liz saying you are going to make a new start. Have you had a look at the Healthy Eating part of Health Unlocked? You will find loads of inspiration, encouragement and recipes on there as well.
