I am going to change my diet for 12 weeks and increase my walking at faster pace but also include other exercise with walking. I will log my progress here each week. I'm going to try and see what my doctors says in 12 weeks. the advice and information has been great. I'm going to do 12 weeks walking plan.

That sounds like a great plan. 12 weeks is a nice amount of time to build up some distance.
