I have totally finished unpacking and doing the diy that was needed around my new home now - yay! So I've seriously started on my regular walking regime again. I can't believe how much my fitness levels have dropped in the three weeks I haven't walked! Seems I have oxygen debt just walking round the block - but I will persevere and seeing as there's not a single street in the village that's not a steep hill, I'm pretty sure I'll be joining ollio and feeling dead, or I'll get back to where I was pretty quickly!

Have fun settling in and exploring your new area. I'm new to my area in South Wales; beauty is no one knows me at all, so if I go to a class and make a complete fool of myself it doesn't matter! 😜 I did get my pal to come to POUNDFIT with me as insurance, I said if I did collapse I'd rather someone will know resuscitate me!
