Been doing ten thousand steps most days for a couple of weeks. Feel weight is coming down. Mental focus and tenacity are still to improve but do feel a lot better. Waking up earlier to exercise seems to be easy for me now and have even got up at 5am a few times now. Vive la health!
Great way to start your day, you'll feel the benefits for the rest of the day.
