I love kniting. I find it relaxing and calming. It's something I can do at home and has been a life saver these last few months when I haven't been able to face going out. Today in celebration I created my very own Fluoxetine Mobile - hope you like it Sue xx

Check out videos on youtube, there's some great tutorials on there for learning to knit and/or crochet. Ravelry.com has loads of lovely free patterns too. I find it very theraputic. You can always skype me if you get stuck. xx
That is brilliant! And very clever! A good friend of mine, who has ADHD, has recently taken up crochet to get through a patch being signed off work. The stuff she has made is amazing! And she learned by watching tutorials on YouTube! X
The internet sure is a wonderful thing (mostly :D). Making things and being creative really lifts me and you can make pressies to lift friends too. Win win eh? Sue xx
