Several years ago I was diagnosed as having Vaginal Atrophy ( now called GSM ) but , only recently started using Vagifem Pessaries. After 4 weeks I have a really sore heavy feeling left breast .

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and is there an alternative out there ?

vagifem is localised oestrogen so shouldn’t be affecting your breast, May be get an appointment with your GP.

Are you taking other HRT?

There are other oestrogen creams out there. Estradiol can be prescribed on the NHS here in the UK. Also Yes VM vaginal moisturiser is a great help.
