Hello I have adenomyosis and on mini pill but it doesn't make a difference, I was told I have this after a mri and scan ,can they really tell if it's this if they don't take a sample to test ,also am told I can't have a hysterectomy because I have arthritis and 4 c sections and they have told me it's will be a long recovery and wouldn't recommend it has any one else been threw this or should I get a second apionion

Mine was diagnosed from a scan also. Seeing as it’s contained within the womb wall it and its symptoms can be removed via a hysterectomy. This can be done via keyhole surgery as mine was and not interfere with your c-section incisions. Best wishes.

OK I think I'm going to get another appointment and talk to someone else ,the first gyno I saw just wasn't interested and didn't understand how much pain I am in ,thank you for your help 🙃
