2019 diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer after 20 years from original diagnosis with 6 months chemo and double mastectomy. Responding well to treatment with no progression and remains stable. Bone Scan of Oct 2023 shows no progression and CT scans done every 3 months show no progression and remain stable. 125 mg Ibrance and Letrozole. I have tired days and rest when I need to. Retired, 74 years of age and living my life in the present. I have a wonderful support system with a loving and caring husband, children, grandchildren and family.

How do I transfer my info profile to this group…or do I just input everything again. Sorry to be a bother as I should be with the Metastatic Breast Cancer group.

Hi Harley_31, you said you had 6moths chemo before? How was it? I think chemo responds differently to different people . What is Ibrace and retrozol?

My chemo treatment was 20 years ago and as of today treatments have changed greatly. Intravenous drugs done in chemo unit. It was very energy draining and hair loss, mouth sores but no nausea. The Ibrance I now take since 2019 is a immunotherapy med. Letrozole is a cancer med. I have metastatic breast cancer. Perhaps I have posted in the wrong area and need to follow on the posts for metastatic breast cancer patients.
