Hi, I am brand new to taking vitamins and Supplements. I recently saw a social media post from a company Plantinum Vitabiotics who claim some of their products can help with some of my ailments or at least have a positive affect on them.

I was looking at the green tea and the Zinc, Copper and Vit C products they have. Can anyone advise whether these are likely to have an affect on my health at all or whether they are just a waste of money.

I am looking at trying to lose weight and as well as improve my overall health.

these are the 2 I am looking at.

Hello,Some pharmacists will give advice about supplements and their interaction with medications. They sometimes give additional information about supplements and vitamins, as well as their benefits, their suspected side effects, etc. Another really good source for answers to your questions can be found by speaking to Wellness experts at healthfood or holistic stores. Natural Grocers stores and community mercantile stores have a big supplement& vitamin section. These areas in these stores are often overseen by ones who know quite a bit about supplements and the like.

If you don't get the answers your looking for here, please try these avenues.
