Please I need help (OCD is at it again)

I saw the red stuff on the gate while watching this skit on Facebook and it triggered the OCD again. I have tried to sit with the intrusive thoughts since 3 days ago but to no avail and it's heightening my anxiety.... suggesting compulsion of removal.

Please is the red stuff really harmful or would cause harm or might be a sin against me on the last day that prevent me from entering heaven?

What could the stuff be?

I need help please.
