🤔 These may not be spots, but broken capillaries. Have you asked your GP to investigate them.
Spider veins around the nose are clusters of tiny blood vessels close to the skin surface. While typically harmless, they can be unsightly. There are a number of treatments to remove them, including sclerotherapy, laser, intense pulsed light (IPL) and Veinwave™.

Do you have allergies & blow your nose alot? Could be irritation. Or I wonder if it's a sign of too much cholesterol, I know it can show up around your eyes not sure of the nose. You could get aquafor & put it there to see if it will help as a shield. Maybe allergic to whatever you're putting there..Kleenex, creams, nasal sprays? But maybe you need to see a dermatologist or your reg doc for some bloodwork to rule things out. Good Luck
Hi. I get these too and they turned out to be cold sores. They look the same and can take a couple of weeks to clear up. They are so painful. I try to use lysine on them or acivlovir but basically they just take their time to go. I get them fairly every now and then especially if I get run down and they are so painful. I find for the pain ibuprofen is best. I must stress though that this is what mine are and they look the same but I’m not a medical person. I’d definitely see a GP. I hope they go soon for you 💖 xxx
Sudocrem. I swear by it. It goes on a bit white so you need to rub it in until its not/less visible.
If that doesn't do it after a few days then call your GP I'd say.
If you’ve had them for a while I would suggest you see your Gp and ask for naseptin for likely bacterial infection.
