Myometrial cyst

During a scan they found a myometrial cyst. Whilst waiting for a consultation with the Dr. I wanted to read about it but there’s not a whole lot and Adenomyosis / Adenomyosis cysts seem to be linked? To give some further context, I’ve had multiple rounds of fertility treatment (medicated IUI) (same sex relationship). This scan was the first one in preparation to try again after having a second trimester miscarriage. Recently I have been experiencing a constant very mild ache around my whole pelvis. Just wanted to chat with anyone that knows about or has a myometrial cyst?
