So I’ve asked this question previously, about having a simple Cyst on my ovary? And I had a lot of great and good advice. Can I just ask is cyst meant to hurt in anyway? I’ve been having like cramp or even aching feelings and am just a bit worried.
Thanks in Advance x

Was rushed Into hospital as they had ruptured and I was very poorly with them!🤮 it’s horrible but if anything use hot water bottles and take ibuprofen!! Xx
I had an ovarian cyst many years ago. It was very painful as it had twisted and was bleeding. I had it for many months as my GP misdiagnosed it. It became so painful that I could hardly walk. Eventually I was rushed into hospital and had emergency surgery to remove it. I was very unlucky and I recall the pain being very sharp. Not all cysts respond this way I mention my experience just in case you start getting sharp pain then you will know to go to your GP. Initially the pains were intermittent but after some time they became more consistent. I hope that your cyst remains in tact. Good luck. X
I was having abdominal cramping and flank pain. Since I have kidney disease, my doctor ordered an ultrasound of my kidneys and abdomen. They found cysts on both. The ovarian cyst gave me stomach cramps and nausea. Apparently cysts often form then go away on their own. Because mine was painful and I had some unusual bleeding which went on and off for 17 days, gynecologist had me do a vaginal ultrasound. The cysts had gotten larger and more cysts had formed. They then did a biopsy and found they were not cancerous. By that time, they had already started shrinking. They eventually went away on their own. They told me if they had not gone away and had continued to be painful, they could remove them with surgery, but was not the preferred option. Better to let them dissolve on their own. Apparently they are quit common, but sometimes burst as the other ladies mentioned. Then they can be dangerous. Best to discuss with your gynecologist.
CIN III kept coming back, even after after multiple leeps and cryo surgeries. I also had severe periods (Menorrhagia/Anemic) & already had 2 children... so removal of the cervix & uterus made sense.
