I am wondering if mesh is still being used for prolaspe in 2021 as l have recently read

Tension free vaginal tape is being used. Apparently this is mesh under a new name

TVT for short. I might need a prolaspe op and l am worried about this. I have read that this tape comes with instructions for use that call it mesh alot of times within the instructions. Is this true?

I have read the TVT tape is just a thinner version of the mesh. Is this true?

If this isnt true (which l hope) what do they use? and what exactly is it made from?

Any ladies recently had ops and know what material has been used?
