Larger breast a worry right now

Hi l have ET and Jak2 and take warfrin and hydroxy, through lockdown and inactivity l have put on weight thing is my bust size has increased quite alot,lm wondering wether any of the medications l take or the MPN is known to increase hormone levels in particular estrogen.
