I have my left ovary with multiple cysts and I am also coming off of birth control My periods is usually spotting here and there nothing big or heavy I have grabbed some women's health Tea and drank a few cups thru the days I'm on it helps with cramps and also promotes in helping a woman menstrate well I usually stay on 3 to 4 days well and I took a pregnancy test before coming on it was negative because my nipples hurt so bad before I started my period and that usually doesn't happen well here it is day 9 and I am still on my period!!! Any ladies have this problem before?

That sounds tough. I'm wondering if it's your hormones levels which are fluctuating ? I am perimenopausal so my bleed pattern is all over the place because my hormones are not stable, maybe next contact with GP you could ask 💛

She said its where I am coming off of birth control and to take ibuprofen 600 to 800 mg to reset it
