my period is a week early ?

so I'm 14 and last month and this month , my period was a week early than usual . it's usually on the 24th of each month but last month it was on the 13th and this month it was on the 15th . i haven't "done it" with anybody bc im obviously way too young for that . lol but is having my period a week early bad ??

I don't think you have anything to worry about- you are still very young and your period times will change a lot. Since you had it on the 13th last month, it's been about 28 days and that's why it came early again. Means that now your periods will come in the middle of the month,so just be prepared

Not at all, just means your irregular..and your body is changing as you get older. I had the same problem when I was you age, no need to worry.. It helps when you get an app to track it so you know when's the next time you'll have it.. That's what I did at least.

this time your period was on time so be relax. The regulation of the menstrual cycle is depended on various factors like hormones, some diseases, etc. Even it is very much influenced by the mood, stress, anxiety, etc.

I am 20 and I've had my period since I was 13...I am still irregular. It just takes a really long time for your body to regulate to such a change (not necessarily as long as me). Everyone is different. Some people know the exact minute their period should start, some people just get a surprise every month.

If anything just be happy that your period is here this month! Because when you're older, having it at all, much less early, is a relief!
