Help with blood test results

Hi all, can anyone offer me any help on my latest blood test results please? I had a hysterectomy in 2012, aged 39, as I suffered from stage 4 endometriosis. I also have an under active thyroid and take 117.5 mcg of levothyroxine and 1mg of Kliovance HRT. This is the 5th different HRT I’ve tried and have been put on this one as latest mri shows more endometriosis on bowel and awaiting to see a bowel surgeon.

Thanks

Micky
