I came off birth control patch 23rd Nov which brought on my last period from 25th -29th Nov and after this i’ve had nothing since. I have had unprotected sex since then until now...Beginning of Jan 2020 I had 2 very faint positive pregnancy tests but then negative after this and now its nearly the end of Feb and nothing’s happening so I’m getting quite worried and this has never happened for this long before.
Could I be pregnant and it’s just not showing (i haven’t tested for a couple of weeks) Booked a doctors apt for this week. Any suggestions/advice???
Thanks.

It can take quite a few months for your period to return after you've come off birth control - sometimes a year.
Have a read into something called post-birth-control-syndrome, it's gaining some recognition in the US as the process of returning to a normal cycle after coming off of hormonal birth control, although it's not recognised in the UK. Have a look at Dr Jolene Brighten's website: drbrighten.com
She has some useful information on how to get your period back.
Hi nicole99..I just turned 40 last year and although I have a 23 year old daughter I have had 3 miscarriages in the past 4 years. I think stress had a lot to do with it and also family background of hormonal problems. I found out a couple months ago that I had PCOS ... kinda scared me at first to hear that but I’m dealing with it. I do know that there are many options like taking extra progesterone and trying to stay stress free helps. Just talk to your ob/gyn and I’m sure things will work out. I’m sure they will for me too.
Hi nicole99 , I agree with the stress part. Once I didn't have period for 3 months purely due to stress. I was working like crazy - stressful job , 12-14hours a day. I was not having sex so definitely not pregnant but still nothing. The fact that I didn't know what and why I'm not having my period made me even more stressed.
On the end I just gave up and thought to myself : whatever, come when you feel like. When I stopped thinking about it my period came like nothing happened. Crazy.
Try to relax but because you had sex go to the doctor to be sure 😉. Good luck.
