Ferritin levels high

13 - 150 range mine are 221

Results from Medichecks suggest having more tests for iron overload or haemacromatosis - I don’t use any supplements and my diet does not contain much red meat. Another test last year pointed out the same. Don’t know how I would address this issue with my own GP as they don’t like patients telling them what they need done - anyone else suffer from high ferritin range and what were your end results?
