Hey lovelies,

Is there any limit to how many vitamins you can take? I take the following :

AM

Omega 3 fish oil

Vitamin B complex

Vitamin C

2 x water balance tablets

PM

Evening Primrose

Magnesium

I would like to add on a hair skin and nail tablet

Will this be okay? Thanks in advance :) xxx

I take it to help muscle repair after exercise and to help sleep. Take it at night before I go to bed.
