Hi just turned 50 looking for much needed advice on living best life possible with menopause ..I have ostarthritis had both 2 TKR in the last 2 years ...A feel like one fortunante lady who has become 6 months clean and sober after 17 months journey to now feel like Am having to learn again about should i start taking HRT patches which i stopted taking .. 1 week ago due to bleeding heavy .,, Im looking for any advice Please 🙋‍♀️
