Good Evening

Does anyone know whether Tibolone can be prescribed at a dose of 5mg? I has an hysterectomy and ovary removal 7 years ago due to endometriosis. I have been taking Tibolone 2.5mg ever since. My symptoms are no longer controlled. I was tried on an alternate HRT a few years ago and had awful side effects. Therefore, was put back on Tibolone.

Can I routinely Tibolone 5mg? I have tried this for a few days and it seems to be controlling my symptoms.

Thank you!
