When do you know you’re going through the menopause please?

My last two periods didnt happen. No other symptoms apart from my b12 defienency tiredness etc

VitB12 deficiency can affect periods. As can a Thyroid condition. As can stress. It could actually be due to any number of reasons but usually a woman’s age will make her seriously consider the possibility. You could ask your GP to check for any hormone deficiency 🤔 Around my mid 40s periods became very heavy, and I lacked energy, this went on for a number of years until the final period when I was 54. Generally speaking, a woman is considered to have reached menopause after a year free of periods.
