I have recently had to come off HRT due to other health issues and as a consequence am having to deal my menopause symptoms again, specifically joint pain, some days I’m in agony. It’s particularly bad at night when I’m not moving & at work (I have an office job). I do exercise which helps but I was wondering if there was something I could take that would help, vitamins, herbal remedy? Any suggestions would be welcome.
