Problems after taking flucloxacillin for batholins cyst

Hi guys, not exactly sure how this site works but thought I'd share my experience to see if anyone else has dealt with the same issues and/or has any advice.

I was prescribed a 7 day course of the aforementioned antibiotic to be taken 4 times a day (500mg). I didn't suffer terrible side affects while I took it, though it did seem to delay my period by three days. I finished the full course and for a week I was fine, but for the last week (it's been almost two weeks since I've finished the course now) I've almost been in constant pain with cramping, it almost made me physically sick earlier in the week. it feels like menstrual cramp but my period has passed and I'm not due to ovulate yet. Im wondering if my gut bacteria has been upset? Today was the best I'd felt for a few days, till I ate my dinner, then the cramping came back a few hours later. Incidentally it did absolutely nothing for my batholins cyst, so I've just landed myself more misery. Any tips for getting rid of b. cysts that doesn't involve sitz baths would be incredible.

Alternatively I suspect I may be gluten intolerant, but that's another kettle of fish.
