Hi I am 40 years old and I have been on the depo for 6years, I was wondering if it is still safe to have the deposit at 40years old??,,

It should be as it's only progestogen isn't it. When you get a bit older ( not that 40 is old ) but in terms of contraception they tend to stay away from oestrogen containing Ones, especially if you smoke.
