Post menopausal woes

Hi everyone 😃 I have been on HRT for ten years. Been told by doctors to cease as I had a breakthrough bleed from the endometrial lining which is really thin so there is cancer risk. I am going mad with hot flushes, awful sleep patterns etc. I am 59. Any suggestions? Will it ever end? I am still working as a hairdresser in people's homes and am struggling. Natural remedies don't work for me. Thank you for answers.
